A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your final service total, with the remaining balance due at checkout directly with your service provider.

Deposits ensure that your time is exclusively reserved and that our artists’ schedules remain intentional and protected.

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with 48+ hours’ notice may transfer their deposit to a future appointment.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.

• No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid disrupting the schedule of other guests.
