  • To ensure every guest receives a dedicated, uninterrupted experience, appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system.

    A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your final service total, with the remaining balance due at checkout directly with your service provider.

    We encourage guests to review service descriptions carefully before booking. If you’re unsure which service is best for you, we’re happy to guide you prior to scheduling.

  • Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect our artists’ schedules and other guests, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Cancellations made with 48+ hours’ notice may transfer their deposit to a future appointment.
    • Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.
    • No-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
